Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie for 2019 Everett M. Rogers Award

Unmistakable Nigerian author and essayist, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie has been respected with the 2019 Everett M. Rogers Award.

The yearly honor is named to pay tribute to the late USC Annenberg teacher Everett M. Rogers. It is exhibited each year by the Norman Lear Center at the University of Southern California (USC) in the interest of the college’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.

The productive essayist is being respected for “reframing the talk on race, sex and character”. She will get the honor and talk at the USC Annenberg School in February 2019.
